Our panel will discuss various topics in international estate planning, including the notable differences between planning for individuals who are not U.S. citizens and planning for U.S. citizens. The discussion will focus on the specific laws applicable to non-citizens and various planning techniques that estate planning professionals may utilize for non-citizen clients.  \n \n \n \n**Before our formal event, please join us for our inaugural “40 Under 40” cocktail party! Each member is invited to bring up to 3 associates, colleagues and/or friends under 40 as guests to this meeting for only $40 each. Beginning at 5:30pm -  before our regular cocktail party begins  - our “40 Under 40” guests and their member-sponsors are invited to complimentary open-bar cocktail party.  Bring an under 40 colleague – enjoy a cocktail on us!\n \n \n \n \n \nThis program has been submitted for approval by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 hours of total CLE credit.
