He is nationally recognized for his expertise in representing taxpayers before and against the Internal Revenue Service in estate and gift tax controversies, especially those involving hard-to-value assets such as interests in family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.  Mr. Porter, Esq. will kick off  EPCNNJ's year discussing his experiences in US Tax Court, estate planning techniques that raise IRS scrutiny, as well as the proposed IRC Section 2704 regulations.\n \n \n \n \n \nThis program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit.
