The Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey is thrilled to present “Estate Planning with International Flair” – a panel presentation featuring three experts in international estate planning issues. Our panel will discuss various topics in international estate planning, including the notable differences between planning for individuals who are not U.S. citizens and planning for U.S. citizens. The discussion will focus on the specific laws applicable to non-citizens and various planning techniques that estate planning professionals may utilize for non-citizen clients.  

**Before our formal event, please join us for our inaugural “40 Under 40” cocktail party! Each member is invited to bring up to 3 associates, colleagues and/or friends under 40 as guests to this meeting for only $40 each. This program has been submitted for approval by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law.

CFP and CPA continuing education credit will be offered for this presentation. Insurance credit is pending.
